Seriously so Blessed

I am feeling especially grateful today.
I loved Conference this past weekend.
President Thomas S. Monson's talk Sunday morning was definitely one of my favorites.

Words of a prophet: "We can lift ourselves, and others as well, when we refuse to remain in the realm of negative thought and cultivate within our hearts an attitude of gratitude. If ingratitude be numbered among the serious sins, then gratitude takes its place among the noblest of virtues. Someone has said that gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues but the parent of all others."

Trav & I talked about this a bit
& decided an attitude of gratitude made us, well.. happier :)

I am grateful for an awesome husband.
the gospel
a cute little apartment.
school for travis
excellent jobs for both of us.
a loving family (that's so close to home)
the best of friends.
health.
our car.
etc. etc. etc.

What are you grateful for?

  1. I was just thinking about gratitude. I am grateful for 'renewal'. With the dawn of each day we have a new slate. With inspirational messages we have a new outlook and a new heart. With prayer we have a new strength. That's what I'm thankful for today. Love you guys.

  2. Conference was and always is wonderful. I am grateful for my testimony and for a living prophet. I am grateful for faithful children (like you) who amaze and inspire me everyday.

  3. I love the post, Jewels! I've believed for a while that gratitude is the lens cleaner of life. It helps us see without spots.
